Pumpkin Cake

Someone once told me that in order to be good at something you had to practice it for 10,000.00 hours.... so I am adding up my hours!! This cake was just for fun. It is a pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing.

Happy 25th Anniversary

Happy 25th Anniversary to Malcolm and Eva. They had swans on there original cake 25 years ago, they had real carnations on it and the swans were in between the layers and I just couldn't do that so I modified it with inspiration from sugarteachers.blogspot.com. The close up of the swans looks like it is not proportioned right but when you look at it in person it looks like they are.

Wedding Bliss

I gave the cake to the happy couple without the flowers
they added them the day of so they would not wilt.

















This was the first big cake that I have done it was for a birthday.
