Wow it has been a long time since I posted a cake that I did. I made one last month but was not happy with it at all so I didn't post it. This cake was for Matt B and Jason D. It is a paintball themed cake and the mushrooms are inspired by Super Mario. I thought they were fitting since they like Super Mario and they are just in the grass. I made everything from fondant including all of the rocks. The paint splatters are chocolate with a skittle in the middle. I had a great time making this cake and is by far my favorite. I think I will put my cake decorating up for awhile and I will see you all next year, this was hard for me to make to roll out the fondant at 6 months pregnant, so till Tyler's birthday I shall retire, lol. Well that is the plan anyway we shall see.

If you are thinking of doing a cake for that special day, cake Pops are the way to go, there is no need for plates or forks and the flavor is amazing I can't even describe it. It is cake and chocolate what more is there to say :) The party was pizza and bowling so I made bowling pins and bowling balls, I was not happy with the bowling ball so I added sparkle. That made it so much better.

I love cake on a stick, you don't need a plate or fork and they taste awesome. These spider mans were made for a little boys 10th birthday. I used a peanut butter cake and then jam instead of icing. With the added chocolate on top it is really sweet but the children loved it.

I made these for my mom, she had a party for her friend. They are cake on a stick covered in chocolate. The bottom of the glass on some of them are cinnamon hearts and some are kool-aid, so after you eat the cake you can add water and make kool-aid.

I made these for Seths class and the children on my bus for Valentines Day. They are cookies then I covered them in chocolate.
